The Pains of Love
The greatest pains related to love are the pains of fear. Accepting that life cannot be lived without fear, then we must learn to manage the fears in an effective / healthy way. Exercising is a way to help strengthen the muscles in the brain. The brain manages the emotions in our body.
We need to have strength in our arms to lift a heavy box. We must have strength in our mind / brain to handle intense emotions. Some of the most intense emotions we face in our life are those related with love / fear. Love is one of the most significant and supportive emotions / feelings we can have in our life.
